OUR HISTORY

Takolias Hardware is a 4th generation family trading in the Soweto area. Established in 1937 and still trading with the same vision and values as our forefathers. We were there when the Freedom Charter was signed IN 1955. This makes us part of a great heritage and have grown and endeavour to continue to grow in different areas of South Africa. We pride ourselves on being honest and God fearing, with good customer service. We started with a grocery, clothing and stationary store, ending up being a hyper hardware. We supply building material as well as décor products, making us experts in this field.
